Throngs crowd the neutral ground along St. Charles Avenue on Sunday February 15, 2009 as they try to catch beads and favors from the Krewe of Carrollton as it rolls along the uptown route. The krewe is celebrating its 85th year of carnival by parading with 22 floats with the theme " Fair to Remember" that celebrates the 25th anniversary of the the World's Fair held in New Orleans.
